phcas Terms & Conditions — Know Your Rights

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or otherwise using the phcas platform in any capacity, you expressly acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules or promotional terms that phcas may publish from time to time. All such documents are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the complete agreement between you and phcas.

These Terms apply to all users of the phcas platform regardless of the device used — whether you access phcas via desktop browser, mobile browser, or any phcas-branded application. Access to the phcas platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited is expressly forbidden, and it is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of phcas complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

phcas reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time with or without prior notice. The most current version of these Terms will always be published on the phcas website with a corresponding effective date. Your continued use of the platform following any published update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any update to these Terms, you must immediately stop using the phcas platform and close your account.

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on phcas, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You are at least 21 years of age as required under Philippine law.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity).
• You are accessing the phcas platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal and permitted.
• You are not listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by phcas or any gaming regulatory authority.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, agent, contractor, or immediate family member of a person employed by phcas or any of its affiliated companies, software providers, or business partners.
• You have not previously had a phcas account closed, suspended, or terminated for a violation of these Terms.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party.

phcas reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any stage of your account lifecycle — including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or during a periodic compliance review. Accepted Philippine identification documents include but are not limited to: Philippine Passport, SSS Card, GSIS Card, Driver's License, PhilSys National ID, Postal ID, PRC ID, and Voter's ID. phcas may suspend account access pending satisfactory completion of identity verification.

Each eligible individual may register and maintain only one (1) phcas account. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any associated balances.

When registering a phcas account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information in all required fields. This includes but is not limited to your legal full name as it appears on your government-issued ID, your date of birth, a valid email address, and a Philippine mobile number that you personally own and control. You are prohibited from using another person's identity or contact details when registering.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phcas account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. phcas will never ask you to share your password via any channel. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on your phcas account as an additional security layer.
• Notify phcas immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Never share your account credentials with any third party, including family members.
• Log out of your phcas session when using shared or public devices.

phcas shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these account security obligations. Any transaction completed using your valid login credentials — whether authorised by you or not — will be treated as authorised unless you have reported a security breach to phcas prior to the transaction occurring.

phcas supports a comprehensive range of Philippine-local payment methods to ensure fast, convenient, and fee-free transactions for all Filipino players. Supported deposit and withdrawal channels include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, QR Ph, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. All account balances are maintained in Philippine Peso (PHP) with no currency conversion fees applied to any PHP transaction.

By depositing funds into your phcas account, you confirm and warrant that:

• The funds deposited are your own legitimate funds and are not derived from any illegal activity.
• The payment method used belongs to you — deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• You are not depositing funds for any purpose other than personal gaming and entertainment.
• You are not using phcas as a mechanism for money laundering, fund transfer, or any other financial crime.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within your phcas account dashboard and may vary by payment method. phcas reserves the right to adjust these limits from time to time. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within the timeframes published in the phcas Help Centre. Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods or where additional verification is required.

phcas reserves the right to withhold or delay the processing of any withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, breach of these Terms, or where a verification process is pending. In such cases, phcas will notify the affected player and request any additional documentation necessary to resolve the matter.

phcas offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the following general conditions apply to all phcas bonuses:

• Bonuses are available to verified players who meet the eligibility criteria specified in each promotion.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x) applied to the bonus amount, the deposit amount, or both, as specified per promotion.
• Only eligible games as specified in the promotion contribute to wagering requirement completion. Live dealer games and certain table game variants may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all.
• Bonus funds and associated winnings may expire if wagering requirements are not completed within the stated validity period.
• Each promotion is limited to one claim per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• phcas reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify its terms, or cancel a player's eligibility for a bonus if there is evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, or any activity that phcas deems to be in bad faith.

Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses, exploiting low-edge games to clear wagering requirements, coordinated wagering patterns, or using automated tools — is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, along with possible account suspension.

All games available on the phcas platform — including slots, live dealer games, table games, and sports betting markets — are governed by their respective game rules, which are accessible within each game interface or betting market. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the rules of each game before placing any wager.

phcas games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology verified by independent testing laboratories to ensure the fairness and randomness of all outcomes. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical game elements (cards, dice, roulette wheel) in fully supervised studio environments. phcas does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.

The following rules apply to all gameplay and betting activity on phcas:

• All bets are final once confirmed. phcas will not reverse a confirmed bet due to player error, change of mind, or misunderstanding of game rules.
• In the event of a technical fault, game disconnection, or server error during a game round, phcas will attempt to reconstruct the game state from server logs. Where this is not possible, the affected bet may be voided and the wager returned to the player's account.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed within each game and betting market. phcas reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.
• Winnings are credited to your phcas account balance in real time upon game round completion.
• In the event of an obvious pricing or odds error in a sports betting market, phcas reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players. This applies to situations where an odds error is so clear that a reasonable player would have recognised it as such.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phcas platform. Engaging in any of the following activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and may be reported to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information, using stolen payment credentials, impersonating another person, or creating an account under a false identity.
• Money Laundering: Using the phcas platform to launder, conceal, or transfer funds derived from illegal activities. phcas is required by law to report suspicious financial activity to the appropriate Philippine authorities.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in live poker, live dealer games, or any multi-player format.
• Chip Dumping: Deliberately losing funds to another player account in a coordinated manner to transfer value between accounts.
• Use of Automated Tools: Using bots, scripts, automated betting software, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated mechanism to interact with the phcas platform without human oversight.
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting any technical fault, software bug, pricing error, or system vulnerability to gain an advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are not valid and will be reversed.
• Unauthorised Access: Attempting to access areas of the phcas system beyond your authorised account access, including any attempt to access other players' accounts or internal phcas systems.
• Harassment: Harassing, threatening, or abusing phcas staff, customer support agents, or other players through any phcas communication channel.
• Underage Gambling: Attempting to register or gamble on phcas if you are under 21 years of age, or facilitating the access of a minor to the phcas platform.

• Account Cooling Off: Take a short break from gaming without permanent self-exclusion. During a cooling-off period, your account is inaccessible for the duration you specify.

phcas enforces strict 21+ age verification in line with PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation) regulations. We reserve the right to request age and identity verification at any time and to suspend account access pending verification completion. Any account found to be held by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and all associated funds will be handled in accordance with applicable regulations.

All content published on the phcas platform — including but not limited to the phcas logo, brand name, website design, graphics, user interface elements, game graphics and audio, written content, promotional materials, software code, and database structures — is the exclusive intellectual property of phcas or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the phcas platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming and entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any phcas content without prior written authorisation.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the phcas platform or software.
• Use any phcas brand elements, trademarks, logos, or trade dress in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or partnership with phcas without explicit written consent.
• Create derivative works based on any phcas content or software.
• Use data mining, scraping, crawling, or similar automated data extraction tools on the phcas platform.

Any unauthorised use of phcas intellectual property constitutes an infringement of our rights and may result in legal action. phcas will actively protect its intellectual property rights to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phcas, its officers, directors, employees, agents, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the phcas platform — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible loss.

Without limiting the foregoing, phcas makes no warranty that:

• The phcas platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components at all times.
• Any specific game outcome, jackpot, or promotional result will be achieved by any player.
• Information on the phcas platform is always accurate, complete, or current — though we make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy.

The phcas platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Your use of the platform is at your sole risk. Nothing in these Terms shall limit phcas's liability for death or personal injury caused by phcas's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

phcas's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the phcas platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phcas account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phcas is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. The collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal information by phcas is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is available at /privacy-policy.

By registering a phcas account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. Key aspects of our data practices include:

• Your personal data is collected solely for the purposes of account management, identity verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and platform improvement.
• phcas will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Your data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law or contract.
• phcas implements appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
• You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data held by phcas, subject to applicable legal retention requirements.

phcas reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account — with or without prior notice — in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Confirmed bonus abuse, collusion, or use of prohibited automated tools.
• A request from a regulatory authority, law enforcement body, or court order.
• Account inactivity for a period of 12 consecutive months or more.
• At the player's own request for account closure or self-exclusion.

Upon account termination for a Terms violation, phcas reserves the right to forfeit any remaining account balance where such balance is determined to have been obtained through fraudulent means or in violation of these Terms. Where account closure is not related to a Terms violation, any remaining verified balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe following completion of all outstanding verification and compliance checks.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting phcas customer support. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 5 business days. You must not have any pending withdrawal requests, open bonus wagering requirements, or outstanding verification matters at the time of the closure request, or these will be resolved first before closure is completed.

phcas reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made to these Terms, phcas will take reasonable steps to notify active players — which may include a notice displayed on the phcas website, a notification within your phcas account dashboard, or an email to your registered address. The updated Terms will display the revised effective date at the top of this page.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes. Your continued use of the phcas platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of those changes. If you object to any amendment, your sole remedy is to cease using the phcas platform and request account closure in accordance with Clause 12 of these Terms.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute, claim, or matter arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal customer support process, both parties agree to submit the matter to mediation before initiating any formal legal proceedings. Any unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
